As of 14th June 2004, Micafil AG merged with ABB Switzerland Ltd. The merger of the two subsidiaries of ABB Switzerland Holding Ltd took place in order to further simplify the legal structure of ABB in Switzerland.

The merger of Micafil AG means that all active and passive liabilities of Micafil AG with the relevant rights and obligations were automatically transferred to ABB Switzerland Ltd. Existing contracts, proposals and
other obligations between your company and Micafil AG remain valid and unchanged.
